TERMS & CONDITION
1. Eligibility and Occupancy:
The estate is for individuals aged 55 and above. Proof of age must be provided upon application.
Occupants must use the property as their primary residence and cannot sublet without written consent from the management.
2. Property Use and Restrictions:
Properties are for residential use only. Commercial activities are strictly prohibited.
Any alterations or modifications to the property require written approval from the estate management and must comply with the estate’s architectural guidelines.
3. Security:
Security services are provided 24/7 to ensure the safety of all residents.
Residents are required to adhere to all security protocols, including the use of access control systems and reporting any suspicious activities.
4. Monthly Levies and Fees:
Residents are required to pay monthly levies, which cover services such as maintenance, security, and communal facilities.
Levies are payable on the first day of each month. Late payment penalties may apply, and continuous non-payment can lead to legal action.
5. Healthcare Services:
